  • The buyer is obligated to check the goods after delivery, without unnecessary delay and announce the seller possible defects.
  • The defects found are to be announced to the seller by telephone -00420 596 910 155-, by mailto:info@naturistfreedom.com or in writing to the address of the business premises of the seller Naturist Freedom s.r.o., P.O.Box # 200, Ostrava-Poruba 708 00 Czech Republic.
  • The buyer is obliged to state in his claim the defects found.
  • It is necessary for the buyer when making a claim to send or present the seller (stated on the tax document) all documents of the sale of the claimed goods, e.g. the invoice, warranty card, and others. Further on, in case the buyer returns the faulty goods to the seller, it is necessary to return this in a complete form, as previously received from the seller. Information concerning the claim is sent in a form of e-mail messages to the address stated by the buyer, possibly to postal address stated on the invoice of the goods claimed (the addressee). In case the customer requires this information to be sent to a different address, it is necessary for him to say so in the announcement of the claim.
  • According to the type of possible faults and under the conditions stated by generally binding regulations, especially by the Law 40/1964 Coll., civil code, and by the Law 513/1991 Coll., commercial code, as amended, the buyer has the right to make a claim, especially to ask for his goods to be repaired or replaced with new goods or the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and ask for return of the purchase price.
  • The seller does not assume responsibility for any damage that may be caused in relation to the operation of the goods, its functional qualities, and any damage caused by incompetent use of the products, as well as any damage caused by external occurrences and faulty manipulation. These faults are not covered by the warranty either.
  • In case the conditions of the warranty provided by the seller exceed the requirements stated by the Law, or may there be any services provided by the seller, the buyer shall be informed about this fact in the description of each individual product.
