Back in 1992, Vladka and I stumbled upon this wonderful gym and it was called American Fitness Center. It was located in Ostrava and had an affiliate gym in Oakland, California. The equipment was top notch and we had no problem filling the gym with nudists of all ages for an action packed saturday of weight training, posing and personal trainer supervision with protein drinks and supplements in abundance. Join this wonderful attractive group of nudist families for a healthy and spirited day of physical conditionig.
